Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Yes, as a natural person (and therefore not a company), you may with one license use Deckset simultaneously on up to four computers, provided that you own both of them. Please get in touch if you think your use case is not covered by that.
Where can I find the End User License Agreement (EULA)?
You can read the Deckset End User License Agreement here, which is a legal contract between a software application author or publisher and the user of that application.
I have trouble activating my License.
You might have exceeded the number of allowed activations for your license. Please email us at support@deckset.com with your license code.
Who takes care of the purchase?
The entire purchase process is carried out by Paddle, acting as a merchant of record. Our EULA applies.
Can I use my license on iOS?
No, iOS app is a separate purchase. You can find more about iOS app here.
